Screen Preparations

There is an initial charge for each screen prepared (one screen is required for each color and location). The screen prep charge is for labor and materials needed to prepare the screen(s). Although the screen is the property of Centennial Screen Printing, the image thereon will be used solely for the customer to whom it belongs. A $25.00 Screen Preparation charge covers the one time use of a screen. Additional screen preparation charges apply to designs with more colors and locations. Undated multi-color designs are held on file for one year. Undated one-color designs are held on file indefinitely.

Artwork
Due to quality concerns, not all forms of e-mailed artwork may be acceptable. To facilitate orders please provide a hard copy of all artwork at the time of the order.

Ink Color Change Charges
If your order requires your design to be printed with one color and then changed to another color, there will be a $4.00 color change charge applied. (For example, you change ink color for half your order from green to blue).

Terms
A 50% deposit is required on all orders. The balance is to be paid upon delivery. We can accept checks, cash, Visa and MasterCard.

Production Time/Rush Charges
Standard production time is 10 working days. We will however make every effort to meet your requirements if an order is needed sooner. Rush charges may apply.

Customer Supplied Goods/Contract Printing
We will gladly print on merchandise that is supplied by the customer. We do not guarantee prints on customer supplied merchandise. We cannot be responsible for spoiled or damaged goods supplied by the customer. Mistakes, while rare, do happen.
